Recipes for the personal chef plans have been created using techniques of healthy cooking to maximize flavor while reducing fat and calories. Plan prices are based on serving entrees with appropriate side dishes, five days per week and includes menu planning, purchase of carefully selected groceries, cooking, packaging and cleaning of kitchen. Organic vegetables and free range meats are available for a fee that is based on the current market prices.

For our 1 week service plan we prepare 5 meals on our cooking day and for our discounted 2 week service plan we prepare 10 meals on our cooking day.  Monthly meal plans are also available upon request. For a sampling of personal chef menu items see our Menus page.

Our service plans start with 2 to 3 days of fresh-serve meals. The remaining meals are prepared from recipes that have been specifically developed for short term freezing; upon simple reheating, they will look and taste as though they had been freshly made. Every plan includes the cost of groceries. To determine your actual additional weekly expense to have our service in your home, subtract your weekly expenses for groceries and eating out.

Elegant Gourmet Dinner for Two

This romantic three to four course dinner is served in the privacy of your home and includes appetizer, salad, intermezzo of sorbet to cleanse the palette, main course and dessert served with coffee. Champagne or wine is selected to pair with your dinner of choice, all served on a candle lit table with a bouquet of fresh flowers. Prices begin at $145 and include place settings. All courses are served by your chef and your kitchen is left spotless.

Cuisine offers a fresh, day-ahead service, that will allow you to enjoy your time with you guests during your holiday celebration. Our exceptional day-ahead meals require only simple reheating per instructions that are included with this service. Prices are very reasonable but vary with holiday and level of service.
